Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria of tibial plateau fracture; 2. Patients aged between 18 and 80 years; 3. Patients with closed fractures; 4. Patients requiring open reduction and internal fixation of tibial plateau fractures; 5. Patients who follow the doctor's advice and check regularly in the outpatient department and do functional exercise according to the doctor's advice; 6. The patient signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Old fracture of tibial plateau; 2. Open fracture of tibial plateau; 3. With obvious soft tissue injury, such as meniscus, anterior and posterior cruciate ligament or medial and lateral collateral ligament injury; 4. Incomplete medical records and imaging data; 5. Suffer from serious heart, brain, liver, kidney or blood system diseases, poor general condition and mental illness. 6. Poor compliance is not willing to cooperate with rehabilitation training.
