Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of polycystic ovary syndrome; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of abdominal obesity; 3. Aged 22-40 years; 4. Volunteered to participate in the research and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Ovarian tumor, pituitary adenoma, endometrial tuberculosis, intrauterine adhesion or endometrial injury after abortion, hyperprolactinemia, congenital adrenocortical hyperplasia, Cushing's syndrome, premature ovarian failure, central amenorrhea, thyroid dysfunction; 2. Have serious heart, liver, kidney disease, blood system lesions or tumors; 3. In recent 3 months, they used estrogen drugs, lipid-regulating drugs and hypoglycemic drugs; 4. Subjects who participated in or within one month in other clinical trials, or who are taking other methods to control their weight and abdominal circumference, such as surgery, drugs, etc.; 5. Severe audio-visual impairment or accompanied by mental disorders;People who are known to be allergic to metals and are allergic to them; 6. Women who are pregnant or nursing.
