18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients were histopathologically diagnosed, and has assessable imaging target lesions; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. No previous chemotherapy, targeted and/or immunotherapy; 4. ECOG score 0-2; 5. Estimated survival time >= 3 months; 6. Liver function child-Pugh score <= 9; 7. There were no abnormal ECG, blood routine and renal function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with any of the following will not be included in this study: 1. Active bleeding in the last three months; 2. Unhealing wounds, ulcers or fractures 4 weeks before admission; 3. Persons with severe endocrine, blood, immune and nervous system diseases; 4. ECOG score greater than 2 points; 5. Patients with abnormal hematopoietic function of brain, heart, liver, kidney and bone marrow; 6. Persons with severe infectious diseases; 7. Poor cognition, communication, mental disorders or compliance, can not effectively cooperate with clinical treatment, examination and later follow-up.
