Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Gastroscopy in our hospital found that when the pyloric ostium was closed or rounded, there were single or several abnormally thick gastric mucosal folds that walked through the pyloric ostium and entered the duodenum, with or without deformation of the pyloric ostium; (2) The patient has irregular abdominal pain, fullness, belching, nausea, vomiting and other gastrointestinal symptoms, and other causes that induce the above symptoms are excluded; (3) After regular medical treatment, the symptoms still recur; (4) Stop using blood-activating drugs such as aspirin and salvia for more than 1 week before gastroscopy; (5) Be between 18-80 years old; (6) Voluntary acceptance of gastric mucosal prolapse ligation therapy; (7) Informed consent, volunteer to participate in this clinical study, and be able to complete the questionnaire survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with contraindications for endoscopy or biopsy; (2) Pregnant and lactating women; (3) Suspected or true history of alcohol or drug abuse; (4) Pathology of prolapsed mucosa suggests cancer.
