Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 16-40 years. 2. At least one obvious unilateral ankle sprain. 1) the first sprain must be 12 months before the experiment; 2) there is inflammatory reaction (pain, swelling, etc.); 3) physical activity is limited for at least one day. 3. self-reported at least 2 times of "giving away" of the injured ankle, and / or repeated sprain, and / or "precived ankle joint instability " at least 6 months before the experiment. 4. CAIT score <= 24. 5. FAAM scale. 1) FAAM-ADL < 90%. 2) FAAM-Sport < 80%. 6. active exercise: self-report at least 90min aerobic exercise or equivalent every week.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Surgical history of musculoskeletal structure (bone, joint structure, nerve) of either lower limb. 2. Any known diseases or injuries related to posture control (such as history of brain concussion, diabetes, osteoarthritis of lower extremities, etc.) or neurological diseases (such as epilepsy) or pregnancy that affect EEG signal analysis. 3. Within 3 months before the experiment, acute injuries to the musculoskeletal structure of the joints of the lower extremities, such as sprains, fractures, etc., led to the interruption of physical activity for at least one day. 4. Ankle anterior drawer test and talus tilt test were positive.
