Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The subject is a healthy person with no history of other related diseases and family genetic diseases; 2. Young people aged 18-30; 3. Explain to the subject the significance, purpose, method and safety of the study, and the subject The person knows and agrees; 4. voluntarily participate in this experiment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Persons with scars or skin diseases on the forearm examination site; 2. Subjects with recent fever symptoms; 3. Poor compliance and unable to sit still for half an hour; 4. Patients who drank alcohol or took drugs that affect the examination the day before and during the test; 5. Patients whose female subjects were within 3 days before and after menstruation on the day of the test; 6. Pregnant persons; 7. Patients with primary diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, brain, hematopoietic system, etc.; 8. Mental diseases, autonomic dysfunction , Essential tremor; 9. Anxiety self-rating scale SAS=50 points or depression self-rating scale SDS=50 points.
