Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis was acute ischemic stroke; 2. The patient was admitted to hospital within 7 days of onset; 3. Aged >= 18 years; 4. Signed informed consent and voluntarily participated in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients who do not cooperate and have incomplete information.
