Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Severe hyperhidrosis, HDSS scores >= 3, significantly affecting daily life and work; (2) no obvious remission or aggravation after conservative treatment; (3) not able to tolerate the long-term treatment of drugs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Complicated with Raynaud's syndrome, arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower extremities, and so on; (2) Spinal deformities or original spinal lesions; (3) history of lumbar surgery.
