Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinically diagnosed as anal fistula; 2. Aged > 18 years; 3. Live in the local area for more than 6 months; 4. Volunteer to participate in this study, the patient himself or the legal representative signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Anal fistula caused by Crohn's disease, tuberculosis and other diseases; 2. Have a history of other tumors, coronary heart disease, liver cirrhosis, renal insufficiency, etc., and suffer from hematological diseases, including various types of leukemia and hemorrhagic diseases; 3. In the past 2 weeks, he has used special drugs, such as antibiotics, hormones, immunosuppressants, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, microbial preparations, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, etc. 4. There were major stress reactions in the past 2 weeks, such as mental trauma and extensive burns. 5. There is a history of blood transfusion in the past 6 months; 6. Refuse to participate in the study of patients, or do not cooperate with the study of patients.
