Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Group criteria: This episode meets the clinical diagnostic criteria for DSM-5 depression, age: 18-55 years old, sex: ratio of men to women 1:1, HAMD 17 total score of >= 15 points, obtain the patient's written informed consent, such as the patient during the onset of the disease inability or minors need to obtain the written informed consent of their legal guardian. After joining the group, it was randomly divided into tDCS observation group, rTMS observation group, MECT observation group and control group, each group of 20 cases. The observation group was given physiotherapy and drug therapy, and the control group was given simple medication.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Schizophrenia, schizophrenic psychosis, mental retardation, general developmental disorder, delirium, dementia, memory impairment or other cognitive impairments that meet DSM-5 diagnostic criteria; Persons with the disease; diagnosed diabetes, thyroid disease, hypertension, heart disease, etc.; Narrow-angle glare; Persons with suicidal tendencies; Persons with a history of epilepsy, except those with high fever convulsions; DSM-5 Patients with diagnostic criteria for alcohol dependence (except nicotine dependence).
