65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged more than 65 years; 2.ASA I-III; 3.Patients undergo thoracolumbar surgery,time of operation more than 2h; 4.Right handedness; 5.Written informed consent is obtained from all participants.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients and controls with a history of psychiatric illness or central nervous system disease; 2.History of severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease; 3.Alcoholism, drug dependence or history of cognitive-improving medications; 4.Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score less than 23; 5.Visual or hearing impairments; 6.Less than 6th grade education; 7.Perioperative severe hypotension or persistent hypoxemia; 8.Cancer or patients who cannot tolerate surgical treatment; 9.Contraindications for MRI.
