Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The applicant is 18-35 years old and has no need to give birth within 1 year. 2. The ovarian reserve function is normal (Standard of normal ovarian reserve function: AFC (5-6 ovaries/each side; AMH > 2.0 ng/ml). 3. B-ultrasound (transrectal/vaginal color ultrasound, ultrasound angiography of cyst wall) and clinical examination (gynecologic examination, tumor markers) were considered as unilateral single OEM, 4cm <= cyst diameter <= 8cm. 4. All patients received treatment in this study within 3-7 days after menstruation was clean. 5. The vaginal secretions of persons with sexual life are required to be within II degrees of cleanliness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal increase of tumor marker CA-125 over 500IU/L; Alternatively, ultrasound angiography may indicate that there is abundant blood flow in the cyst or cyst wall, and MRI plain scan + enhancement is needed to exclude malignancy. 2. Postoperative pathology indicated borderline or malignant or non-OEM benign tumor. 3. Chronic diseases of heart, liver, brain, lung and other organs cannot tolerate laparoscopic surgery. 4. Previous ovarian surgery, one-ovary and/or salpingectomy or hysterectomy due to OEM or other ovarian diseases 5. There are contraindications to the use of progesterone, such as thromboembolic disease, breast cancer, meningioma, etc. 6. Can not adhere to the medication or can not cooperate with the follow-up. 7. There is a serious bleeding tendency, abnormal coagulation mechanism or taking anticoagulants. 8. In the ultrasound intervention group, the increase of OEM or suspected malignant changes during follow-up required surgical intervention.
