Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-40 years; 2. The change of body weight in recent three months was less than ± 3kg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Smoking and drinking; 2. Cardiovascular or metabolic diseases; 3. Allergic to the food in the experiment; 4. Have a diet plan recently.
