Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Elective thoracoscopic lung cancer resection under general anesthesia for the first time, and be delivered before 12:00 on the day of the operation. (2) The first operation drank clear drinks <= 300ml at 6:00 on the operation day,others drank clear drinks <= 300ml at 9:00 on the operation day. (3) The age of the patient was <= 75 years old, there was no mental illness and communication disorder, and the swallowing function and gastrointestinal tract were normal before operation. (4) The patients voluntarily participated in the trial and signed the informed consent form. (5) Analgesia pump was used in all patients after operation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) The operation should be changed from video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery to thoracotomy because of the condition. (2) Intraoperative supplement >= 1500ml, operation time >= 4h. (3) Patients undergoing lung cuff resection or pneumonectomy. (4) Transferred to ICU ward after operation.
