Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ICU patients receiving sedation, analgesia and mechanical ventilation; 2. Patients treated with voriconazole; 3. Inclusion criteria: >= 18 years old; 4. Patients with target sedation levels of RASS 0 to -2; 5. The expected stay in the ICU is at least 48 hours; 6. It has the informed consent signed by the patient himself or the legal representative of the patient if the patient does not have full civil capacity, or the informed consent signed by the person authorized by the patient if the patient is unable to sign due to illness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women; 2. A history of alcohol and drug dependence; 3. A history of chronic pain; 4. Neurological and psychiatric disorders; 5. A history of liver disease or substance abuse; 6. Receiving neuromuscular blockers; 7. Blood transfusion within the last 1 week; 8. Dying and planning to abandon treatment; 9. Other conditions deemed inappropriate by the investigator to participate in the study.
