Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 0 to 36 months, no more than 37 month; 2) Corrected gestational age >= 36 weeks on the trial day; 3) Children received surgery under general anesthesia, the duration of surgery is expected to last more than 30 minutes; 4) Anesthesia was administered by propofol TIVA combined with regional block, including sacral canal block, peripheral nerve block and abdominal wall nerve block; 5) The expected airway management is laryngeal mask or endotracheal intubation; 6) Get permission from parents or guardians and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) ASA >=III; 2) Patients with contraindicated use of propofol; 3) Patients who had spinal deformity, local puncture electrical infection, coagulation dysfunction; 4) Allergy to local anesthetics; 5) Abnormal EEG or severe neurological diseases; 6) Prefrontal craniocerebral malformation or other conditions affecting the application of sensors in the forehead; 7) Surgery above neck, cardiac surgery, neurosurgery or emergency surgery; 8) Patients who took sedatives (such as propofol, morphine, fentanyl, midazolam, dexmedetomidine, ketamine) 24 h before surgery.
