Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Ability to comply with research plan; (2) HB fluctuated 1.5g/dl (including before and after blood transfusion, before and after operation, and when entering and leaving the room); (3) There was no eye disease or facial radiation therapy; (4) Without carbon monoxide poisoning, nitrite poisoning, jaundice and other diseases that can change the color of eyelid conjunctiva and nail bed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Refuse to participate in the research; (2) Mental state can not cooperate, suffering from mental illness, no self-control, can not express clearly; (3) eye diseases, eye irradiation, nail polish and so on. (4) Combined with carbon monoxide poisoning, nitrite poisoning, jaundice and other diseases that can change the color of eyelid conjunctiva and nail bed; (5) The researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for the clinical trial.
