Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects were recruited by their family physicians from 14 community healthcare centers in Lanxi city, Zhejiang, China, from January to December 2019. The inclusion criteria for COPD were the measurement of a one second forced expiratory volume/forced vital capacity (FEV1/FVC) <70%). These criteria are in accordance with the criteria published by the Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Inability to adhere to clinical intervention; 2) mobility impairments; 3) mental diseases; 4) other systemic illness affecting the performance of this intervention program.
