18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years. 2. Men and women are not limited. 3. 27g vitrectomy is needed. 4. It can ensure the preoperative and postoperative ocular surface analysis and lipiview examination. 5. Sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged older than 80 years; 2. Patients with systemic immune diseases; 3. Active eye infection; 4. Eye surgery within three months; 5. Participated in other clinical trials within 4 weeks before the start of this study; 6. This drug or other dry eye drugs were used in 3 months before the trial; 7. Known adverse reactions to Hailu or Rieth; 8. Glaucoma with high intraocular pressure or definite diagnosis (including steroid glaucoma); 9. Pregnant or lactating women; 10. Suspected or confirmed infectious lesions around the eyes (herpes simplex virus, varicella zoster virus, bacterial infection, fungal infection, etc.); 11. Previous congenital eye abnormalities; 12. History of ocular trauma; 13. Patients with eye diseases that have seriously affected vision in the past; 14. Have mental history.
