Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: elderly patients (older than 65y) undergoing total knee/hip arthroplasty, after sign the informed consent form then include

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who could not sign informed consent, those who could not understand Mainland Chinese, those who were deaf or blind, and those who had been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease were excluded.
