Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Larger perforated retinal detachment;The retinal hiatus formed after extension was removed.Peri-aperture retinal transparency is low;Retinal hiatus with high myopia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Rhegmatogenous retinal detachment located where RPE photocoagulation is difficult to perform.
