Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years and = 90 g/L; b.ANC >= 1.5 x 10^9/L; c.PLT >= 80 x 10^9/L; (2) Biochemical tests should meet the following standards: a. ALB >= 29g/L; b. ALT and AST 45 ml /min (Cockcroft Gault formula); 9. The expected survival time is more than 3 months. The subjects voluntarily participated in this study and signed informed consent, with good compliance and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Extrahepatic metastasis of primary liver cancer, invasion of main portal vein and hepatic vein; 2. Abnormal coagulation function (INR > 1.5 or PT > ULN + 4 seconds or APTT > 1.5 ULN), with bleeding tendency or receiving thrombolysis or anticoagulation therapy; 3. History of hepatectomy, liver transplantation, interventional therapy and other malignant tumors; 4. Contraindications of TACE, pirarubicin and microwave ablation; 5. Carry out other clinical studies at the same time.
