Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18-75 years, no gender limit; 2) Patients diagnosed as hepatocellular carcinoma by histopathology or clinically that cannot be surgically removed; 3) The expected survival period is >= 3 months; 4) Chinese liver cancer staging is stage III, refer to "Primary Liver Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Standards 2019 Edition"; 5) Physical ECOG <= 1 point; 6) Child score A/B; 7) And sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with distant metastases except liver; 2) Those with obvious arteriovenous fistula; 3) Those who have suffered or are currently complicated by other malignant tumors; 4) White blood cell 2mg/L); AST and/or ALT > 5 times the upper limit of normal; poor coagulation function INR > 1.5, or undergoing anticoagulation therapy or known bleeding disorders; 5) A history of major diseases involving the heart, kidneys, bone marrow, lungs, and central nervous system; 6) Those who need antibiotic treatment for recent infections; 7) Comorbidities or social environment that can prevent the subject from following the research plan or even endanger the safety of the patient.
