18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with PCNs diagnosed by imaging, aged >= 18 years; 2. The lesion is not connected with the pancreatic duct; 3. EUS treatment was required for cyst enlargement and symptoms during SCNS follow-up; 4. MCNS excluded the possibility of malignancy; 5. Signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pancreatitis or pancreatic pseudocyst; 2. Inability to tolerate intravenous anesthesia; 3. High risk of surgery: pregnancy, abnormal blood coagulation, serious cardiovascular diseases, etc.
