Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Maximum diameter of thyroid nodule >= 2.0cm; 2. Thyroid cell pathologically benign was confirmed by fine needle aspiration biopsy or coarse needle aspiration biopsy; 3. Patients have symptoms of compression, aesthetic impact, or worry about lesions; 4. Patients volunteered to participate and signed the informed consent; 5. Over 18 years of age; 6. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grades I-II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients were menstrual and pregnant women; 2. The coagulation function was obviously abnormal; 3. Patients with significant cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 4. Patients with bronchial asthma; 5. Patients with a history of neurological or psychiatric disorders and taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors; 6. Known allergy to ropivacaine; 7. Patients who cannot be followed up for other reasons.
