Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Eighty-four consecutive adult patients (85 eyes) with endothelial dysfunction receiving FLS-DSEK (62 eyes) or FLS-DSEK combined with phacoemulsification cataract surgery and intraocular lens (IOL) implantation (23 eyes) by the same surgeon (W.S.) at Eye Hospital of Shandong First Medical University from May 2013 through April 2016 were included in the analysis. In addition to endothelial dysfunction, the patients also suffered from other eye diseases. This prospective study was approved by the Institutional Review Board of Eye Hospital of Shandong First Medical University (No. 201302) and adhered to the tenets of the Helsinki Declaration. Written informed consent was obtained from each patient.
