Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Clinically diagnosed as spastic cerebral palsy; 2) Aged from 6 to 12 years; 3) Gross motor function classification system I-III grade; 4) Can walk more than 10m alone without the aid of assistive devices; 5) Children with children No cognitive impairment, able to understand and follow the simple instructions of the therapist; 6) Improved Ashworth Spasticity Scale to assess lower extremity muscle tension at level 2 to 3; 7) Informed consent of the child and his parents.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Have a history of botulinum toxin A injection or surgery in the past 6 months; 2) People who are not suitable for walking such as severe limb contractures, cramps and deformities; 3) People who suffer from foot drop caused by peripheral nerve and muscle damage; 4) Those who suffer from serious systemic diseases such as epilepsy that affect rehabilitation training.
