18 Years to 28 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 28 years old. 2. The initial sprain must have occurred at least 12 months prior to study enrollment, which was associated with inflammatory symptoms (pain, swelling, etc.) and created at least 1 interrupted day of desired physical activity. 3. The most recent injury must have occurred more than 3 months prior to study enrollment. 4. Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool score <= 24.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Already being a Tai Chi practitioner. 2. Currently participating in ankle rehabilitation. 3. Other muscular, joint, or neurological conditions that affect lower limb function. 4. Suffering from vestibular and cognitive deficits. 5. Have a history of acute ankle sprains before questionnaire survey. 6. Anterior drawer test/ Talar tilt test have a positive result.
