Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. meet the diagnostic criteria of pneumonia specified by Chinese Society of Respiratory Diseases; 2. Multi drug-resistant G- bacteria were detected in sputum culture, which were sensitive to polymyxin; 3. Use of polymyxin B >=3d.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Dying dynamo; 2. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency.
