Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Only those who meet all the following criteria can be included in the study: 1) Diagnosed as aMCI according to Peterson's aMCI diagnostic criteria; 2) Aged between 60~75 years; 3) Fuzhou MoCA < 26, if the patients years of education below 6 years, the score will add 1 point; 4) 14-items ADL < 18; 5) Global Deterioration Scale Level: 2~3; 6) Having certain reading comprehension and communication skills and being able to cooperate in completing the scale assessment; 7) Right handedness; 8) Did not engage in regular exercise in the last three months (at least 3 times a week, at least 30 minutes of regular exercise each time); 9) Subjects were informed and volunteered to sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those who meet any of the following criteria will not be included in the study: 1) The Geriatric Depression Scale >= 9; 2) Those suffering from severe organ failure, severe heart, cerebrovascular disease, musculoskeletal system disease and other exercise contraindications are unsuitable for Tai Chi training; 3) Patients with serious complications of stroke, such as severe lung infection, shoulder-hand syndrome, and lower limb venous embolism; 4) Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney failure, malignant tumors and other major diseases; 5) Those who are participating in other research trials that affect the results of this research.
