Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. APACHE-II score (acute physiology and chronic health score) >= 15; 3. Willing to follow the research procedures and conduct research visits; 4. No other clinical trials were conducted within 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients using hormone and immunosuppressant; 2. Patients with pregnancy or planned pregnancy; 3. Allergic to the adhesive used in the instrument; 4. There were adverse skin diseases (such as cowhide moss, rash, etc.) in the instrument placement area; 5. Patients who need MRI examination; 6. Refused to sign informed consent.
