Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-75 years; meet diagnostic criteria for cough variant asthma; informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cough is caused by other diseases; allergic constitution and allergy to lidocaine or vitamin B12; severe lung disease; The patient had a history of drug abuse in the past 3 weeks and smoking in half a year.
