Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) According to the Chinese classification of cerebrovascular diseases (2015), patients with cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage can be diagnosed and confirmed by CT or MRI; (2) The age was 40-80 years old; (3) The course of disease was 14-180 days; (4) The maximum inspiratory pressure (MIP) of male was less than 75 cmH2O, and that of female was less than 50 cmH2O; (5) The vital signs were stable without respiratory infection; (6) Be able to cooperate with relevant examinations and inspiratory muscle training; (7) Patients are willing to use this method for treatment, and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of cardiovascular or respiratory diseases, combined with acute diseases of heart, brain, kidney and other organs; (2) Other nervous system diseases that may affect respiratory muscles; (3) The ability of understanding is impaired; (4) Subjects who have participated in other similar research recently.
