Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria of various cerebrovascular diseases approved by the fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases, diagnosed as cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage, confirmed by cranial CT or MRI scans, or in accordance with the International Standard of Neurological Classification of Spinal Cord injury revised by the American Spinal Cord injury Association in 2011. (2) The muscle tone was evaluated by modified Ashworth grade and above grade 1 +. (3) From 18 to 75 years old, male and female can communicate normally; (4) Patients without botulinum toxin, anhydrous alcohol injection, oral antidystonic drugs and surgery; (5) After onset, the vital signs are stable and the consciousness is good (MMSE scale, total score is 0-30, illiteracy > 17, primary school > 20, middle school > 24). ), those who can tolerate appropriate electrical stimulation and shock wave therapy; (6) Patients can understand and actively participate in this program, agree and sign the informed consent form of this clinical study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Suffer from other brain diseases, spinal cord diseases and other diseases that cause limb spasm; (2) The condition is not stable in critical or acute stage, accompanied by disturbance of consciousness, aphasia or severe cognitive impairment; (3) Patients with severe hepatic and renal dysfunction, patients with malignant tumors, cardiovascular diseases; (4) Patients with site fractures, skin ulcers and blood coagulation disorders. (5) Peripheral neuropathy caused by diabetes and malnutrition; (6) Those who suffer from serious mental illness and are unable or unwilling to cooperate.
