Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who met all of the following criteria were included: (1) The clinical manifestations were chest pain (typical or atypical); (2) Aged = 70%; (8) Signed written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria (Subject meeting any of the following criteria will be excluded) : (1) Non-first-episode ACS; (2) Non-cardiogenic chest pain, pulmonary embolism, structural heart disease, myocarditis, aortic dissection and their related ACS; (3) patients with acute or chronic liver and renal insufficiency; (4) Patients with diseases of blood, respiratory and digestive system and abnormal thyroid function; (5) Complicated with malignant tumor; (6) Complicated with autoimmune diseases and chronic connective tissue diseases; (7) Severe infection in the acute stage; (8) Patients who underwent any major surgery within 14 days prior to the collection of blood samples; (9) Incomplete case data.
