18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 45 years; 2. No history of knee trauma, infection and surgery; 3. No history of chronic diseases with long-term drug treatment; 4. Knee joint has no any symptoms and moves freely; 5. Those who have participated in no more than three marathons in the past.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with combined meniscus injury; 2.Those who have concurrent diseases and affect joints, such as rheumatoid arthritis, suppurative osteoarthritis, bone tumor, tuberculosis, psoriasis, syphilis neuropathy, brownish yellow disease, metabolic bone disease, traumatic arthritis, etc.; 2.Patients combined with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular disease, cerebrovascular disease, lung disease, liver disease, kidney disease, hematopoietic system disease, endocrine system disease, malignant tumor disease and mental disease.
