Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the 2010 "Guidelines for Rescue of Sepsis" [16] Children aged 29 days to 18 years with a diagnosis of sepsis; 2. Children in the CRRT group are expected to receive CRRT treatment for at least 4 days and can complete the planned blood collection plan; 3. There are clinical indications for antibiotic use; 4. Blood can be drawn from arterial catheter or CRRT, ECMO circuit; 5. Parents or legal guardians of the child are required to sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The terminally ill child may be expected to be extremely ill and cannot complete the planned blood collection program.
