Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who meet the conditions for day surgery and are discharged from hospital as planned; 2. Informed consent was included in the rehabilitation visitors, who signed the written informed consent; 3. Complete and accurate clinical case data, which were included in the follow-up database; 4. Postoperative telephone or address can be contacted; 5. Patients or primary caregivers with smart surgery can be loaded with WeChat APP application; 6. Patient without language expression barrier.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent emergency or elective surgery in addition to day surgery; 2. During the discharge follow-up period, patients with other major diseases of cardiovascular, craniocerebral, liver, kidney, lung, bone and other organs or systems other than daytime surgical diseases are expected to be readmitted for emergency treatment or elective surgery; 3. Patients with major mental illness during discharge follow-up period who are expected to receive psychiatric treatment again; 4. Different surgeries were performed again in different medical units during the follow-up period; 5. During the follow-up period, no continuous rehabilitation guidance and visitors could be received.
