Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Conformity the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis; 2. The age is 45-65 years old; 3. Middle school education or above; 4. Body mass index (BMI) was in the range of 20 ~ 24; 5. All are right-handed; 6. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: metal residues and tattoos in the body; Obvious lesions in brain; Unable to perform MRI scanning; Heavy drinkers and drug abusers.
