Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A clear history of herpes zoster infection and no infection in the skin lesion area; 2. Outpatient admission or hospital admission 4; 6. Have an education level above elementary school, normal language communication and ability to follow instructions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other types of neuropathic pain; 2. Without scabs and infection in the local puncture area; 3. Severe coagulation abnormalities in laboratory examinations; 4. Illiteracy; 5. Mental diseases or central nervous system diseases; 6. Malignant tumors.
