18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18-70 years; (2) Unilateral knee pain or swelling symptoms existed for at least 6 months, and there were no obvious clinical symptoms on the contralateral side; (3) Imaging evidence: Knee X-ray showed stage II-IV knee osteoarthritis (K-L score); (4) Intolerance or poor response to NSAID and other drugs; (5) Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with abnormal rheumatic immune indexes; (2) Unstable or previous injuries caused by joint ligament injuries; (3) There are free body, meniscus injury caused by joint locking; (4) Patellofemoral arthritis mainly knee osteoarthritis; (5) Intraarticular viscoelastic reagent supplementation therapy (injection of cartilage protectant or sodium hyaluronate) or intraarticular or systemic injection of glucocorticoids or oral analgesics within 3 days within 6 months; (6) History of knee surgery or physical therapy within the first 6 months; (7) Complicated with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, infections, immunosuppression, severe diabetes and other diseases; (8) Patients lost to follow-up or unable to complete the treatment cycle.
