Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients over 18 years old; (2) Patients who were diagnosed as aortic insufficiency and / or aortic stenosis by clinical diagnosis; (3) Patients undergoing aortic valve replacement; (4) The subjects volunteered to join the study and signed informed consent, with good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with infective endocarditis; (2) Patients with rheumatic heart disease; (3) According to the judgment of the researcher, there are other patients with accompanying diseases that seriously endanger the safety of patients or affect the completion of the study; (4) Patients participating in other clinical trials; (5) Patients considered unsuitable for inclusion by the researchers.
