18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18-50 years with full-term singleton birth; (2) living in the target neighborhood for at least 1 year; (3) can continue visit one of the five study centers to receive healthcare services at least until 12 months after birth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Premature birth; (2) having with congenital diseases; (3) mental disorders or difficulty understanding and completing the study questionnaires.
