Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with unilateral cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction confirmed by CT or MRI and diagnosed the relevant criteria of Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018; (2) Stroke duration is less than 2 weeks; (3) 18 years old = 24, primary school: MMES >= 20, illiteracy: MMES >= 17); Cooperate with treatment and evaluation; (7) Sign informed Consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous history of other diseases of the nervous system; (2) Contrainindications for Electrophysiological test and low-frequency electrical stimulation treatment: damaged epidermis, fever, history of tumor, wearing pacemaker, intracranial metal implants and other internal metal implants, skull defects, epilepsy patients, pregnancy, lactation, or women of childbearing age who have not taken reliable contraceptive measures (3) Severe systemic diseases could not participate in the study: patients with severe respiratory, heart, liver, kidney, endocrine and hematopoietic diseases, such as congestive heart failure, arrhythmia, and hypertension; (4) Significant limb disability or other diseases affecting upper limb movement: severe upper limb infection, contracture, joint surgery, amputation, fracture, rheumatism or rheumatoid arthritis; (5) Patients with severe cognitive, speech, visual, hearing impairment (such as deaf-mute) or mental disorders; (6) Patients who recently participated in other clinical trials.
