Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing surgery under elective general anesthesia, ASA grade I or II, NYHA grade I or II, age 18 to 65 years old, BMI 18 to 30 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of diabetes, arrhythmia, nervous system and endocrine diseases (thyroid or adrenal glands), preoperative medications that affect the autonomic nervous system (including ß-receptor antagonists, atropine and cardiac glycosides), general anesthetics and local anesthetics history of allergies, drug, alcohol abuse history.
