Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for pregnant women (1) Aged between 18 and 40 years; (2) Healthy body, no special complications, such as hyperthyroidism, surface antigen positive, intrahepatic cholestasis, leukemia, etc.; (3) Primary birth; Single child; The term; (4) Regular scale evaluation and weekly intervention measures are agreed, and mother-infant blood, saliva samples, placenta and postnatal umbilical cord blood are collected. Inclusion criteria for infants (1) There was no history of asphyxia, rescue, congenital disease, deformity and birth injury at birth. Apgar score was 8 or above at 1 minute and 5 minutes after birth. (2) 37 weeks <= gestational age < 42 weeks, 2500g <= 4000g birth weight; (3) No serious complications and infectious diseases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) The mother has postpartum infectious diseases; (2) Newborns have genetic metabolic diseases; (3) Neonatal imaging abnormalities, such as intracranial hemorrhage, white matter dysplasia, etc.; (4) The newborn is suspected to have organic diseases or chromosomal diseases; (5) Take care of and rear the baby without the mother herself; (6) Poor subject compliance (compliance < 50%) and voluntarily quit during the test.
