Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. According to DSM-V (diagnostic and Statistical Manual of mental Disorders-V) diagnostic criteria for depressive disorder. 2. Age 18-65 years. 3. HAMD(Hamilton Depression Scale - 17 itemsHAMD-17 score) >= 20 points. 4. Education level above primary school.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. According to other mental disorders meeting about DSM-V (diagnostic and Statistical Manual of mental Disorders-V)diagnostic criteria, such as schizophrenia, etc. 2. Patients with epilepsy or delirium tremens were confirmed. 3. Patients of dependence on stimulants, anesthetics, sedatives and hypnotics. 4. Patients with severe and unstable somatic diseases. 5. Patients with other drugs were used simultaneously,such as nerve blockers. 6. Patients with modified electroconvulsive therapy contraindications. 7. Patients with color blindness and various physical disabilities affecting cognitive function test.
