Age

18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Early pregnancy; 2. Age>20 years old and <35 years old; 3. Single birth; 4. Basic Chinese reading and writing skills; 5. Voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Delivery in a different hospital; 2. Death of the fetus; 3. Take anti-inflammatory drugs within 48 hours of blood collection; 4. Unable to participate in the study due to other reasons.
