Experimental Group:20% 1RM low intensity resistance treadmill training + 60% AOP blood flow restriction

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: After the clinical diagnosis of cerebrovascular accident, clinical diagnosis of cerebrovascular disease in accordance with the Fourth National Congress of the diagnostic criteria revised, and meet the following criteria can be included. 1) Unconscious disorder, normal exercise training; 2) Stable condition, duration of disease <= 6 months; 3) Brunnstrom staging in 2-4 stages; 4) Aged 18-75 years; 5) Unilateral Limb Paralysis; 6) A certain level of education, with the observation and evaluation of the researchers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) The exclusion criteria were patients with venous thrombosis in the lower extremities; 2) Severe spasticity or restricted range of motion in the paralyzed limbs; 3) Severe heart, lung, liver, and kidney dysfunction; 4) Patients with Thrombocytopenia or coagulopathy; 5) Patients with Severe Aphasia, difficulty communicating, or severe cognitive impairment; 6) Patients with a history of mental illness or impairment of consciousness.
