Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. There are symptoms of neurological impairment caused by ischemic stroke ,which was diagnosed by CT and MRI imaging techniques. 2. Symptoms appeared less than 4.5 hours. 3. Aged >= 18 years. 4. Cranial CT excluded Intracranial Hemorrhage. 5. The patient or his family members signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with intracranial hemorrhage,other active internal bleeding,or acute bleeding tendency; 2. Patients with severe craniocerebral injury and severe trauma; 3. Known intracranial tumors,arteriovenous malformations, aneurysms; 4. Patients with myocardial infarction; 5. Elevated blood pressure (systolic blood pressure >= 180mmHg, or diastolic blood pressure >= 100mmHg); 6. Blood glucose < 2.7mmo/l; 7. CT or MRI indicates large area cerebral infarction; 8. Other contraindications for rt-PA drugs.
